The lovely spring weather is just around the corner, and it’s almost time to get your Vitii natural pool up and running!
For a successful season, getting off to a good start is absolutely essential!
Here are the three essential steps for a trouble-free summer:
Start/Mineralise
As soon as spring arrives, the first thing you should do is test the water in your natural swimming pool using your Vitii test kit, your Spintouch, or by visiting one of our partners equipped with an Aqualyser counter. Adjust your mineral balance using GH+ or KH+ powder to achieve a ratio between 0.5 and 0.75 when dividing your carbonates (KH or TAC) by your minerals (GH or TH).
Once this balance has been restored, you will need to give your biological filter a proper boost using your Vitii starter pack, which consists of Vitii phosphate remover and Optinit.
Maintain
Check the condition of your four consumables so you’re ready to enjoy the new summer by the pool. Pay particular attention to your Bacteri bag-in-box. This is a perishable product if it has been open for more than six months.
