4 – Recipients of personal data

Your personal data will be used for:

• Vitii and its staff
• Vitii’s technical subcontractors

Data may be disclosed to subcontractors that Vitii may engage in the course of providing its services, to the extent necessary for the performance of the tasks entrusted to them.

In particular:

• The online payment module
• The delivery module for ordered products
• Website hosting
• The provision of analytics solutions or audience measurement statistics.

Vitii ensures that its staff and subcontractors comply with current data protection regulations and with this privacy policy.

Vitii requires its subcontractors and staff to pay particular attention to data confidentiality and security.

Under no circumstances will your data be shared or sold to third parties without your express prior consent.

Your personal data is stored in France and is not transferred outside Europe.

Vitii is committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data, in accordance with best practice, i.e. by ensuring an adequate level of protection as recommended by the CNIL.

Vitii regularly tests its processes, whether in the event of technical or physical incidents, to ensure and maintain the highest levels of responsiveness and efficiency.

However, given the nature of the internet and networks, Vitii cannot guarantee a specific level of security. Should a security breach be detected that is likely to pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, Vitii undertakes to inform you as soon as possible and, to the extent possible, to take the best possible measures to neutralise the intrusion and minimise its impact.

Vitii regularly backs up your personal data in order to minimise the impact of a security breach.

7 – Data retention periods

We will retain your information for as long as we are required to do so under applicable laws.

Once you have stopped using our services, we may store your information in an anonymised format for statistical purposes.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may also retain personal data as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to enable us to resolve and defend against disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

Please note that candidates’ personal data is retained for a maximum of two years from the date of the last contact.

8 – Exercising your rights

In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, you may, at any time, exercise your rights to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as your rights to restrict and object to the processing of your data and to data portability.

In case of doubt, Vitii may ask you for a copy of your identity card in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on personal data.

Vitii undertakes to process your requests as soon as possible, unless the law or a legitimate reason requires it to retain certain data.

Vitii reserves the right to charge the actual costs associated with your request, within the limits set out in the LIL.
