The pool water is filtered through a biofilter containing a special substrate, which encourages the beneficial colonisation of good microorganisms within the filter rather than in the pool itself.
Thanks to a balance between these beneficial bacteria and organic matter such as micro-residues brought in by bathers and the environment, the latter are broken down naturally, without the need for chlorine.
